John Perez - CEOJohn Perez is a visionary leader with broad-based automotive experience. He is resourceful and innovative, always searching out new ways to improve operations and elevate best-practices.
Born in Cuba, at the age of 11, he was exiled alone to the U.S. to avoid communism. After attending middle and high school in Brunswick, Georgia, Perez earned a business degree from the University of Georgia. After a short period teaching school at Charlotte Hall Military Academy, he began his automotive career, selling cars at Koons Ford in Washington D.C.
In 1980, Perez became the youngest Dodge Dealer in the US at age 31, and within a short period the dealership became the highest volume Dodge dealership in the Southeast. In 1985, Perez purchased another under-performing Chrysler dealership in Atlanta and within 6 months it became the largest volume Chrysler dealership in the Southeast.
In 1998, Perez became the CEO of Global Vehicles, which built sports utility vehicles and trucks powered by Ford in its main plant in Romania. The plant employed over 2,000 union workers plus supporting staff. The company had a distribution network of over 2,000 dealers in Europe, South America and the Caribbean, with additional assembly plants in Brazil and Spain.

Ann Durham - COOResponsible for all facets of financial planning, accounting practices, and cost controls for the organization. Starting in 2006, Mrs. Durham joined Global Vehicles U.S.A, Inc., the US distribution company for Mahindra. She took the fast track from CFO to President. While at Global Vehicles U.S.A, Inc. she oversaw setting up the infrastructure of the entire company; which included establishing dealerships nationwide, selecting the marketing company, the company website, and all service and parts.
Gretel Camacho - ComptrollerGretel Camacho has over 15 years of managerial and administrative experience. She spent the last 13 years serving as Office Manager/Comptroller in the automotive industry. In this capacity, Gretel was responsible for accounting and implementing policies for the company.
Gretel holds a BA in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. She is also HR Generalist certified.
Chan Sherman - Member RelationsChantaria attended Savannah State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Social Work degree in 2009. Upon completion of her undergraduate studies, Chantaria moved into the social services workforce. Since 2009, Chantaria has worked in various positions within the Department of Family and Children Services and Emory University, all of which required her to build relationships and rapport with community organizations and leaders.
Chantaria is a recent graduate of University of Georgia where she completed a Master of Social Work degree in May 2017.
Since her role within CB Auto Group as an Executive Assistant, and promotion to Member Relations, Chantaria has been working to develop and maintain relationships within the labor movement with great focus on local unions and their members.
